Robert Ellis Dunn: Father of Post-Modern Dance
Known as one of the greatest teachers of choreography in the mid-late 20th century, Robert Ellis Dunn came to the University of Maryland as Associate Professor in 1986 and stayed until his death in 1996. This exhibit was made possible in part by a generous donation from his wife, Gretchen Frentzel Dunn, and donors Karen Kohn Bradley, Dr. Martha Davis, Marianne Battistone, and Jody Arnhold.
