About

Walking to New Orleans highlights the life, music, and legacy of Fats Domino, and the world of 1950s R&B. The city of New Orleans played a vital role in the development of this era's style, and Domino was at the center of the genre's development. This exhibit is drawn from the Wouter Keesing Collection on Fats Domino and New Orleans R&B.

Funding for this project was generously provided by Hugo Keesing.
