Connecting the Dots: Henry and Sidney Cowell Writings in the Music Library Association Archives is an online exhibit of archival materials from the Music Library Association. The collection is housed at Special Collections in Performing Arts (SCPA) in the Michelle Smith Performing Arts Library at the University of Maryland, College Park. The Music Library Association (MLA) was founded in 1931 and has an international membership of librarians, musicians, scholars, educators, and members of the book and music trades. In 2011, MLA became the U.S. branch of the International Association for Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres (IAML).
